Do you want to send your defective machine for repair to us?
Now it's easy in just a few steps:
(1) Add "Defective Product" to your cart
(2) Fill in the comment field during checkout in detail
(3) Pay for the estimate fee via PayPal (25,-€, 20,-€ will be credited to you if the repair is carried out)
(4) Order confirmation email contains a DPD returns portal link
(5) Fill out and print the return label
(6) Send the machine to Wilesco

For all other steam engine models:
If you would like to send your steam engine for repair, please fill out the form. Please fill out the error description as thoroughly as possible so you don't have to attach it to the package.
Please make sure to package your machine appropriately to avoid any damage during transportation.
When sending your machine, please remove any parts attached to the boiler such as the manometer, spring safety valve, or steam whistle to avoid any damage to the boiler during transportation.
When your machine arrives, we will generally create a cost estimate within 3-6 weeks. This may take longer for many repair requests. For the cost estimate, we charge you 20,-€ in advance, which will be credited against the repair if it is carried out.
You should also plan for 6-8 weeks for the repair of your machine. Again, this may take longer for many repair requests.
After the purchase is completed, you will be redirected to PayPal to pay the fee for the cost estimate. Afterwards, you will receive a link to the DPD returns portal, where you can print out a return label for free shipment of your machine to us.
